ReplyDeleteLet numerator is "x" and denominator is "y",
hence-
Condition 1:
x/y = 2/5 => 5x = 2y
Condition 2:
(x+4)/2y = 1/3 => 3x+12 = 2y
Equating conditon 1 with condition 2,
5x = 3x+12 => x = 6 => y = 15 => x+y = 21
